The drastic cut in petroleum prices and the low demand for CNG during the lockdown has resulted in the reduction of CNG price across Punjab, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
According to details, the CNG price has been reduced by Rs7.5 per litre and the new CNG price is Rs64.95.
It is pertinent to mention that earlier in the month the fuel prices were also reduced by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA).
We have further reduced petrol, light diesel oil, kerosine oil prices. Now we have the cheapest fuel cost compared to other states in South Asia. India is almost exactly double. Bangladesh, Sri Lanka & Nepal are all 50 to 75 percent more expensive than us. pic.twitter.com/oD9wVMcZno
