Giving details in this regard, astronomer Javed Iqbal said that the moon was born at 5:40 pm yesterday, predicting predicted that at sunset today, the moon will be at 12.5 degrees above the horizon.

He said that the width of the moon will be very large at the time of sunset today and Eidul Azha is likely to be celebrated on June 17.

There is a strong possibility of seeing the moon of Zil-Hajj on 29th Ziul-Qaad, predicted the astronomer.

Today sunset is likely to be at 7:20 pm and at the time of sunset, the age of the moon will be 26 hours and 45 minutes.
