Anushka, Kohli start fund-raiser for Covid-19 relief

Indian cricket star Virat Kohli urged his fans and common people to donate funds for fight against coronavirus pandemic.
Kohli posted a video along his wife and star Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma giving the message to donate funds.
In the video, Anushka says that things have been very tough for India as we fight against the pandemic and it really pains us to see our country suffer like this. Kohli says that they are thankful to all who are working against the pandemic with dedication.
They say that since the Covid-19 outbreak, our country is going through tough times, our health systems are being challenged, we need to come together and help our India.
“Anushka and I have started a campaign on Ketto, to raise funds for Covid-19 relief, and we would be grateful for your support. No amount is too small to save lives. We will do everything we can to make a difference, but we need your help to fight this. I urge you all to join our movement. Let’s do our part to keep our country safe and strong,” says Kolhi.

Their video generated a lot of reaction from the people as in a few hours more than 7 million people view the video and some 24 thousand people commented on it. Many people appreciated their efforts but a lot of others questioned he (Kohli) did not know anything about covid-19 when he was busy in IPL.
