Punjab govt reshuffles top secretaries, bureaucrats

The Punjab government has made a massive reshuffling in bureaucracy and transferred top secretaries, the reported 24News HD TV channel. 

According to a notification issued by S&GAD on Friday, Ahmed Raza Sarwar has been posted as Secretary of Higher Education while Dr Wasif Khursheed has been posted as Secretary of Finance. Capt. (r) Muhammad Zafar Iqbal has been made OSD while Shah Zaman is posted against his post.  Secretary Housing Mian Shakeel Ahmed is made OSD and Ahmad Mustajab Karamat has been posted against his slot. 

Irfan Bhutta is appointed Secretary of Sports and Ali Jan Khan has been OSD.  Environment Secretary Naeem Rauf has been sent to the staff college course while his seat has been replaced with Usman Ali Khan. Dr Nasir Iqbal Malik has been allowed to attend Staff College Course from Secretary MPDB while Zaheer Hassan is posted against his seat. 

Aafia Gul has been posted as Secretary of Tourism, Muhammad Zaman as Secretary of Public Prosecution, Faisal Zahoor as Secretary of Agriculture, Kunwar Ejaz Khaliq Razaqi as Secretary of Irrigation South Punjab and Altaf Baloch has been appointed Secretary of Local Government of South Punjab. 

Fareeha Tajmal has been posted as DG Archeology and Muhammad Arshad Manzoor is posted as DG Labour. Saqib Ali Aqeel has been sent to the course, the notification said.
