Foreign minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Wednesday contacted his counterpart in Sri Lanka over the telephone, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to the foreign office spokesperson, the Sri Lankan Foreign Minister offered condolences over the havoc caused by the devastating flood in Sindh and Punjab. He also said that they are standing with Pakistan in this calamitous time.

Bilawal Bhutto was very grateful to his counterpart from Sri Lanka.
