Pakistan’s popular vocalist Quratulain Balouch came under fire for her controversial tweet about men staring at her on the way to offer prayers. The Humsafar singer claimed that "they couldn’t avert their eyes from staring at me” and later netizens have different opinions about that.

Quratulain Balouch; singer, composer and a songwriter, who is known for her famous track Woh Humsafar Tha has won various awards including Pakistan’s Youngest Achievement Award UK and Europe 2011 in Britain, Singer of the Year at Pakistan Media Awards and many others.

She kicked off her singing career with her cover of veteran singer Reshma’s ‘Ankhian Nu Ren De’ and further gained recognition when she appeared on Coke Studio with Jal for ‘Panchi’.
Singer Balouch is considered as a supporter of feminism and usually gets criticized for her opinions on ideology of being a feminist.
Lately on her tweet she aimed at ‘Men’ for staring her being Namazi; as she stated, “It’s interesting. Watching men walking towards a mosque to pray but almost majority of them couldn’t avert theirs eyes from staring at me.”
On this netizens have a different point of view that if she is a celebrity then definitely they will look at her, while some said that she is a singer and in showbiz, she is there to show herself instead.
