In the viral video, which Neelam shared herself on Instagram, she is seen talking very openly with the little kid, while the child is responding with full confidence.

In the video it is seen that Neelam Muneer wants to know the details of the child's dress, who tells Neelam that he is wearing such a dress for playing and he himself designed this dress.
