Pakistani film and TV actress Sara Loren, formerly known as Mona Lisa, has claimed that the City of Lights Karachi is more romantic than the Indian film hub of Mumbai.

In an exclusive interview with 24NewsHD TV channel, Sara Loren said, “I myself is a very romantic person.” 

She also spoke about her UrduFlix series "Malika Encounter".

The host questioned her about parallels between the romances in Karachi and Mumbai and she replied: "I think there is already a lot of romance in our city of Karachi, therefore, I don't need to bring Mumbai's romance over here.”

Sara further added, “I'll be showcasing Karachi's unique charm and brand of romance in my series.”

She urged the audience to watch the series as it will be fun for them. 

It is pertinent to note that Sara Loren had also worked in many Bollywood movies like Murder 2, Kajraare, Barkhaa, and Fraud Saiyaan.

The actress was born in Kuwait and her mother was from Lahore. She also did an item number in the Pakistani film ‘Ye Jawaani Phir Nahi Aani’ and ‘Saltanat’.
