Female polling agent dies in Hafizabad road accident

A female polling agent dies in a traffic accident while another got seriously injured in a road accident Hafizabad District on Thursday morning, 24NewsHD TV channel reported.
According to details, female polling staff was going to perform duties for general elections when they met the accident. The body and the injured were shifted to a hospital.
The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) said 976,000 polling staff were performing election duties. The staff was given complete training to conduct free and fair elections.
Polling began for national and four provincial assemblies on Thursday to elect representatives for a democratic term of five years.
