Just like the first pre-wedding soiree of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, the guests on the Italian cruise bash were also provided with some expensive gifts and services by the Ambani clan.
As the second pre-wedding soiree was in Europe, and to ensure that the guests had a smooth journey to arrive at Barcelona, a fleet of 10 charter flights was arranged by the Ambanis.
If the reports are to be believed, not only charter flights but the Ambanis also hired 12 private aircrafts, which were reserved for family members, close friends, dancers, and staff members. According to a report by India Today, each of these aircraft and charter flights cost the Ambanis over crores.
The Ambanis invited a total of 800 guests to the Celebrity Ascent for the pre-wedding celebrations of Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani. As per Celebrity Cruises, a site, there are a variety of rooms available at the cruise liner, Celebrity Ascent, which the Ambanis hired, and the cost of the same depends on the duration of stay. While a single room has a price tag of 1849 dollars, i.e., Rs 1,53,705, a room with an ocean view comes with a price of 2,879 dollars, which in INR is Rs. 2,39,328. A suite on this ship is priced at 5,736 dollars, which is Rs. 4,76,828. So, one can only imagine the total amount the voyage had cost the Ambanis.
As per the report, the latest versions of 150 swanky rides, such as Rolls-Royces, Bentleys, Mercedes-Benz, and BMWs, were arranged for the guests at the pre-wedding soiree of the Ambanis.
If a report by The Hindu is to go by, the guests who attended the second pre-wedding bash of Radhika and Anant were gifted silver filigree jewels crafted by the artisans of Telangana’s Karimnagar. As per the report, earlier in May 2024, The Silver Filigree of Karimnagar (SIFKA) Handicrafts Welfare Society received an order to prepare a range of finely crafted silver filigree jewels from Swadesh.
Anant and Radhika will get married on July 12, 2024, and they have been leaving no stone unturned to celebrate their love in grandeur. It was back in March 2024 when Anant and Radhika celebrated their first pre-wedding soiree, which reportedly had a budget of Rs. 1200 crore.
