Director State Local Government Department Balochistan Ghulam Farooq has been replaced and appointed as the Joint Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Science and Technology, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
Establishment Division has issued notification of the appointment of Ghulam Farooq as Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Farooq is a grade-20 officer of Balochistan government who has been appointed as Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Science and Technology on deputation for the period of three years.
