Driver fell asleep: Passenger bus crash on M2 motorway claims five lives

A tragic accident occurred on the M2 Motorway near Faizpur, resulting in the deaths of five people and leaving one person critically injured, 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Tuesday. 

According to initial reports, the incident occurred when a bus from Mansehra to Lahore crashed into a van from behind.

The accident is believed to have been caused by the bus driver falling asleep at the wheel, leading to the fatal collision. 

Emergency services quickly arrived at the scene, but unfortunately, five lives were lost, and one individual was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.

Authorities are investigating the incident further, and the victims' families have been informed.
