Like many of us, fashion designer Hassan Sheheryar Yasin (HSY) too is currently homebound.
Taking to Instagram, the designer shared his experiences of lockdown and urged everyone to stay indoors.
He penned a lengthy note and said: "Today is day 22 for me and as much as I’m doing everything possible to remain and reflect a positive energy, it does become taxing as days go on."
He further adds, "Reasons for stress abound in lockdown: there is a risk of infection, fear of becoming sick or of losing loved ones, as well as the prospect of financial hardship for all and eminent hunger for so many."

"In short, people who are quarantined are very likely to develop a wide range of symptoms of psychological stress and disorder, including low mood, insomnia, stress, anxiety, anger, irritability, emotional exhaustion, depression and post-traumatic stress symptoms. Make sure you understand that a psychological reaction is normal," said HSY.
He ended by saying: "To discuss this would you be interested in having a life coach, come to my live chat to help? Please let me know by a Yes or No. Be safe."
