Indian troops kill mentally-disabled person near Shakkargarh 

In a fresh act of brutality, Indian troops Tuesday shot dead a mentally disabled person who mistakenly went near the border in a Shakargarh area.

The victim, 26-year-old Imran, mistakenly turned up near the working boundary when the Indian border force without issuing warnings shot him dead.

The Rangers took the body of Fatehpur resident and handed over to the family.
