ICC team visits Karachi stadium to review Champions Trophy preparations

An International Cricket Council (ICC) delegation on Thursday visited National Stadium Karachi in order to review the arrangements regarding Champions Trophy scheduled to start next month, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The six-member delegation was included broadcasters and logistics people.
The ICC delegation was briefed on the development works by Director International Usman Wahla.
He briefed that the deadline for completing the development works at the National Stadium is January 25 while the Champions Trophy 2025 will start in Pakistan from February 19.
The delegation members visited different parts of the main building of the National Stadium and reviewed the facilities available in the media center. The delegation members also visited the media gallery.
The ICC delegation also reviewed the facilities in the conference hall.
They looked at the records displayed on the walls with interest and went near them to take pictures.
The delegation also inspected both the dressing rooms in the old building.
The delegation members also visited the chairman boxes and the PCB gallery.
