A group of women allegedly tortured a government official taking action against stray dogs in Rawalpindi.

The incident took place in the Khayaban Sir Syed area where women ‘tried to stop government official Noshad from taking action against stray dogs’.

The official said as he refused to budge, they gathered up to 30 persons, tortured him and administered a dog sterilization injection to him.
