Girl students faint after being locked up by principal in Jhelum

After being locked up in a room for four hours by the school principal at Hadali School in Jhelum, one girl student was fainted while several others experienced dizziness, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
According to information, the incident of confinement took place when a District Education Officer (DEO) visited school for an inquiry over a dispute between the principal and the teachers.
The principal locked the students in a school room out of fear that they would turn against her and will tell details to the DEO.
Following the incident, students protested against the education officer and the principal.
