MQM’s Afaq Ahmad writes to COAS for security for Sindh industrialists

Muhajir Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chairman Afaq Ahmad has written a letter to Army Chief General Asim Munir in which he has requested him to provide security to the industrialists and traders of Sindh in the wake of threats from Sindhi nationalists, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
In the letter, he has told the army chief that these nationalists, enjoying the patronage of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), threaten industrialists and traders of the province.
“Renowned businessman Aqeel Karim Dhedhi too has received threats from these people on social media,” Afaq writes.
He has conveyed to General Asim that if the same situation persists, most industrialists and traders will leave Pakistan.
