Gold price goes up in Pakistan after global market reaches new heights

The price of gold in Pakistan heavily increased after new heights of its cost in the global market on Monday.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the price per tola 24-karat gold increased by Rs2,800 and was sold at Rs237,600.

The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also increased by Rs2,401 to Rs2,03,704, the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association reported.

The price of per tola and ten-gram silver remained constant at Rs 2,600 and Rs 2,229.08 respectively.

The price of gold in the international market increased by $24 to $2,278, the Association reported.
