US pledges support to education sectors reforms in Sindh

US Ambassador to Pakistan Donald Blome called on Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in Karachi on Friday and congratulated him on becoming the chief minister for the third time, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The Sindh chief minister shared his government’s priorities with the American envoy.

Murad Shah informed Donald Blome that the new Sindh government will implement 10-point agenda of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari with the restoration of law and order as the top priority. Donald Blome also assured assistance to Sindh govt in education sector reforms under American support system.

Sindh CM said the govt will bring improvement in provision of potable water, transport and infrastructure to the citizens of Karachi and across the province.

Moreover, under social protection, poverty eradication in the province was also top priority, Chief Minister Sindh added.

Sindh Chief Minister expressed his commitment to create employment opportunities by setting up new industrial zones in the province.

Chief Minister Sindh also claimed that govt will take important steps in education and agriculture sectors.
