Senate Chairman emphasizes unity among political parties for national development

Former Prime Minister and Senate Chairman Yousuf Raza Gilani has called upon all political parties to unite the nation, reported 24News HD TV channel on Sunday.

According to the report, he addressed a business event in Rawalpindi and expressed his delight at the large gathering of young people, highlighting that the youth have the most significant role in Pakistan’s future.

Chairman Senate Gilani mentioned that among the youth, there could be future prime ministers, presidents, and Senate chairpersons.

Gilani emphasised that the youth have the power to change the world and that the Pakistani nation is united.

He acknowledged the sacrifices of Pakistan's forces, who are giving up their present for a better future.

He urged all political parties to come together for the unity and progress of the country, emphasizing that national development requires collective efforts from all parties.

Gilani also stressed that economic growth relies on the continuity of policies and that everyone must play their part in the country's development.
