Despite threats from Hindu extremist party Shiv Sena, Indian distributor Mukesh Chandra Singh of the Lollywood blockbuster film ‘The Legend of Maula Jatt’ announced to release of the film in India, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The film is to be released in India by Yash Raj Productions.
The film has crossed more than Rs200 crore business at the box office in a short period of time.
The TLOMJ features Mahira Khan, Fawad Khan, Humaima Malick, Hamza Ali Abbasi, and Mirza Gohar Rasheed as the lead actors.
When ‘Maula Jatt’ was about to be released in India, Shiv Sena objected and threatened against the screening of TLOMJ.
