Ambassador of Iraq Hamid Abbas Lafta called on Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi in Lahore on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, bilateral relations, promotion of religious tourism and culture were discussed.
On the occasion, Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that Pakistan has long-standing brotherly relations with Iraq and the people of Iraq and Pakistan has relations of devotion, love and sincerity.
Mohsin Naqvi said that there is a lot of potential for the development of religious tourism.
Punjab has provided favorable environment for investment and in this regard. Investment Facilitation Center has been established in Lahore, said Mohsin Naqvi.
The center will have offices of 20 federal and provincial departments under one roof, Mohsin Naqvi said.
About 106 NOCs for foreign investors will be issued in two weeks and such centers will be operational in Rawalpindi, Multan, Gujranula and other major cities within a month. Mohsin Naqvi

He said that we want to further strengthen mutual fraternal relations and take advantage of the investment opportunities in Punjab.
