The dead body of a tourist girl from Lahore was retrieved from Neelum River in Azad Kashmir on Wednesday, a day after she fell into the river while trying to take a selfie of herself, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

On a visit to Neelum Valley with her family, 23-year-old Fatima Ilyas lost her balance while taking a selfie and fell into Neelum River at Dostt area on Tuesday.

Rescue 1122 personnel fished out the dead body a day later and shifted it to a local hospital.
