A 10-year-old girl lost her life when a pack of stray dogs mauled her in Dadu, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

According to details, Maheen Brahmani was playing outside her house in Vahi village when the stray dogs attacked her.

Stray dogs became a headache for citizens

In charge of Jinnah Hospital’s Emergency Ward Dr. Irfan Siddiqui said stray dogs have become a headache for the citizens.

“More than 40 dog bite cases are being reported daily,” he said, adding “Little children are paying the price."

“There is no shortage of vaccines. Every dog bite patient has been vaccinated”.

“The children who were brought here were shifted to NICH”, said Dr Irfan Siddiqui.

“If a dog bites any citizen, first wash the wound thoroughly with soap and then immediately reach the nearest hospital and get vaccinated”, he concluded.
