March 10, 2020 06:18 PM

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz lawmaker Rana Sanaullah has said he cannot comment on reports that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif had a meeting with key figures of American and British establishments in London on March 4.

“I’ m not in a position to comment as my party has barred me in this regard,” he responded to a query of journalists outside Islamabad High Court on Tuesday.

The former Punjab law minister said: “Nawaz Sharif will return as soon as he underwent heart surgery while Shehbaz Sharif will come back in March.”

To another question, he said “The party would not be part of any national government. PML-N wants a midterm election.”

Rana Sana dubbed Special Assistant to Prime Minister for information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan as “Baji Bad-Zuban”.
