Fazal calls JUI-F Shoora meeting to discuss PDM’s future

Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazal (JUI-F) head Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman called the party’s central Majlis-e-Shoora meeting to determine party future with the opposition alliance—PDM (Pakistan Democratic Movement).
According to 24NewsHD TV Channel on Sunday, Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman who is also a president of the PDM and feeling some heat after quitting Pakistan People’s Party and the Awami National Party from the alliance has called the party meeting on May 23 and 24 at Islamabad.
The JUI-F Majlis-e-Shoora meeting will be chaired by Maulana Fazlur Rehman himself as a party head and informed the members about current political development in the opposition benches as well as their efforts and stances against the sitting government of Tehreek-e-Insaf and Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The sources informed the JUI-F meeting would also consider determining the party's position for the future political strategy of the PDM as well as the future course of actions that could be determined.
The effects of the Evacuee Trust Property related bill of the government on religious circles would also be highlighted in the meeting, the sources concluded.
