Zhob combat martyrs laid to rest in hometowns

SSG Commando Major Ali Raza and Havaldar Rao Nisar who embraced martyrdom in an anti-terror combat in Balochistan were laid to rest in their hometowns on Monday.
According to 24NewsHD TV channel, SSG Commando Major Ali Raza was laid to rest with full military honors in the Shahpur tehsil of the Sargodha district in Punjab.
Noted figures and high ranking officers including Major General Asadur Rahman Cheema, Major General Adil Rahmani, Brigadier Kamran Haider, Brigadier Kashif, Brigadier Ilyas Bajwa, Lieutenant Colonel Haris Rehman, RPO Shariq Kamal and Colonel Haris, Major Farid, Major Yousuf, Major Asad, Captain Asif, Captain Nasir, Captain Zarar and Lieutenant Majid attended the funeral.
The funeral of Havaldar Rao Nisar Ahmad was held in his hometown Mailsi. Civil and military officers, local figures and a number of citizens showed up the funeral.
Brigadier Baraj participated along with the military contingent and presented a guard of honour.
Havaldar Rao Nisar is survived by a widow and a two-year-old daughter.
According to ISPR, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in Sambaza area of Balochistan’s Zhob district.
Two soldiers embraced martyrdom while five terrorists were killed during the operation on the night between October 8 and 9.
The military’s media wing said the security forces were indebted and proud of the brave men and paid homage to their chivalry and sacrifices for the motherland.
