Sindh govt defers LG polls in Karachi for 90 days

The Sindh government has deferred holding of local government elections in Karachi for another 90 days, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The Sindh cabinet gave its nod to the new plan postponing the LG polls for three more months.

The cabinet also decided to introduce amendments to the Local Government Act 2013 within nine days.
