President Dr Arif Alvi has expressed his deep sorrow and regret on the death of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Caretaker Chief Minister Azam Khan.

In a post uploaded on X platform, the President expressed his condolences to the family members of the Caretaker Chief Minister.

Arif Alvi said in his meetings with the late Azam Khan, he found him to be a noble person.

Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar

Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar, who is on a visit of Saudi Arabia, said the sad news of the death of the Caretaker Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Azam Khan was received. He was certainly an honest and good person. May Allah raise the ranks of the deceased and give patience to the bereaved.”

Asif Ali Zardari

Former president and PPP Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari expressed grief over the death of Caretaker Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Azam Khan.

Zardari expressed condolences to the family of late Azam Khan and prayed for his forgiveness and high status.

Shehbaz Sharif

Former prime Minister and PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif has expressed his grief and condolence over the sad demise of Mohammad Azam Khan expressed his grief and condolence over the death.

In a post uploaded on PML-N’s X account, Shehbaz said Azam Khan served with integrity and professionalism as a civil servant. “He belonged to a family whose many members served the country and nation with great sincerity. Having had the opportunity to work with him during the 16-month coalition government, I was impressed by his passion for service,” he added.

The PML-N president said during the campaign to help the flood victims, Azam Khan worked with great zeal and sincerity. “He was humble but very intelligent and open-minded person. We pay homage to his services for the country and nation. May Allah forgive the deceased, give patience to the family and all the relatives,” he concluded.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari

Pakistan People's Party Chairman and former foreign minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari expressed condolences over the death of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa CM Azam Khan, saying late Azam Khan performed the most important administrative duties with dedication.

Bilawal said late Azam Khan's actions towards public service will always be remembered.

Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi

Punjab Caretaker Chief Minister Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi has also condoled the death of his KP counterpart Azam Khan. He offered his condolences to the family members of Azam Khan, saying his services for the country and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will always be remembered. “May Allah Almighty grant patience to Azam Khan’s family,” he added.

Justice Maqbool Baqir

Sindh Interim Chief Minister Justice (retd) Maqbool Baqir has also expressed his condolences on the death of Azam Khan. He prayed “May Allah Almighty raise ranks of the deceased and patience to his family members,” he added.
