Old enmity claims lives of two brothers in Ghotki

 An old enmity between two factions within the Mahar community in Ghotki led to a tragic feud on Sunday, resulting in the deaths of two brothers, reported the 214NewsHD TV channel.

According police sources, the incident, marked by a fatal exchange of gunfire, unfolded in Hamal Faqir Meher village, near the Shahpur Meher police picket, Ghotki.

The victims were identified as Umeed Ali and Ali Gul Mehr. Both lost their lives in the violent clash, and their lifeless bodies lay at the scene as this report was filed.

Reports from the scene indicated that both factions, heavily armed with modern weaponry, engaged in a destructive exchange of gunfire.

In response to the escalating violence, the administration dispatched additional police forces to the area.
