Germany embassy launches logo on Pak-German 70 years’ ties

The German Embassy in Pakistan has launched a special logo to mark the friendship and establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Germany, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The German Ambassador in Pakistan Bernhard Schlagheck unveiled the logo and said, “Germany and Pakistan friendship turns 70 this year! On 15 Oct 1951, we established diplomatic relations. To celebrate this milestone, we'll organize several events in the coming months. Watch our video to see which logo marks this anniversary.”
He announced several events to market the friendship milestone between the two countries.
Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi also reached Berlin along with his delegation on a two-day official visit on the invitation of Germany's Foraging Minister.
Upon arrival at the airport, the foreign minister was received by Pakistan Ambassador in Germany Dr Muhammad Faisal, senior officials of the German foreign office, and senior members of the Pakistan embassy.
The foreign minister said that he would hold meetings with the business leaders and members of the Pakistani community and said more than 100,000 Pakistani had been living in Germany and playing their positive role.
“Pakistan wanted to further expand economic diplomacy and exchange of technology and would be holding discussion with the German leadership,” Qureshi said.
