Sindh extends IBA executive director's tenure by four years

The Sindh government has extended the tenure of IBA Executive Director Akbar Zaidi by four years, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Thursday.

Akbar Zaidi's four-year term was to end on January 12. The caretaker chief minister approved the summary of the extension on November 13, sources said, adding that election commission has rejected the four-year extension of Akbar Zaidi twice. However, the commission gave the nod for a three-year extension, they said.
