Mentally unstable youth tortured, burnt to death in Narowal

Unidentified people killed a mentally unstable youth by setting him aflame in Pajwali village of Narowal, reported 24NewsTV HD channel on Monday.
The killers also tortured the youth named Saqib, 18, hitting him with bricks before setting him ablaze. They set Saqib on fire by spreading husk over him.
The parents of Saqib recognized him with the help of his shoes.
The locals said that Saqib was a resident of Pajwali village and he was mentally unstable. They said he used to sit near Ransiwal Railway Crossing. After being informed, police reached the crime scene and started investigations.
