A consumer court in Lahore on Tuesday fixed February 28 for preliminary arguments after a man file a petition seeking Rs150,000 as damages from a mobile phone dealer for selling him a faulty iphone, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The victim, Syed Hassan of Wapda Town, claimed that he bought an iphone from Apple Sale Centre in Township which came with a warranty. But when he tried to operate it did not work. So, he went back to the sale centre to return the iphone but the owner refused to take it back or exchange it.
