Talented Pakistani actor Asad Siddiqui has won the award of ‘Most Promising Actor’ in the Nation’s Leader Awards (NLA 3.0).
Asad has been crowned with an award for the first time in 14 years of his career. It was such a heartfelt moment.
While receiving the award, the actor expressed that it was originally meant to be a special moment shared with his father, as he was his biggest supporter, but sadly, he passed away just days before the event.
Despite the pain, Asad took the stage, delivered a touching tribute, and dedicated this award to his Abu and all the talented actors, which left Zara and everyone in awe.
Zara Noor Abbas took to her Instagram handle and lauded her husband for his show of immense strength at a recent award show.
Her heart-wrenching story reads:
“So proud of my husband’s strength and endurance. He got an award last night after 14 years of his career. And he has told Abu that he would take him there and dedicate this award to him. But just 4 days ago, Abu left us. However, my husband went just to receive the award and dedicate it to Abu. And to so many other actors who work hard all their life but are never rewarded. I love you”
