Two dead after consuming toxic liquor in Uch Sharif

Two persons died and eight others became critical after drinking toxic liquor in Uch Sharif, Bahawalpur on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to police, the incident took place in suburban Beet Ahmed area.

The deceased were identified as Siddique and Naveed.

Those who had become critical were shifted to a hospital in Bahawalpur.

Further investigations into the incident were underway.
