A man shot his wife dead over a petty domestic dispute in Hafizabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

According to police the deceased woman was a mother of three children.

Police said a case of murder has been registered against victim’s husband and his father. The accused returned from abroad two days ago.

According to text of the FIR, deceased woman’s husband used to speak bitterly and last night he shot his wife dead.

However, the police handed over the body to the family after post-mortem and arrested the suspect while still investigating the case.
