Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice-President Maryam Nawaz on Thursday telephoned party supremo and her father Nawaz Sharif in London and extended him Eid wishes, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

During the phone call, Maryam Nawaz was saddened by remembering her late mother and her father being abroad, and she cried while talking to her dad on the phone. 

Meanwhile, PML-N President and Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif offered Eid-ul-Fitr prayers at Model Town in Lahore. 

Leader of the Opposition in the Punjab Assembly Hamza Shehbaz Sharif was also present on the occasion. 

Both the leaders offered special prayers for national security, Kashmir, Palestine and the Muslim Ummah.
