Khushhal Khan Khattak’s statue damaged in Nowshera

Unidentified persons badly damaged the statue of a famous Sufi poet of Pashto language, Khushhal Khan Khattak, near ACLP at GT Road in Nowshera, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

According to reports, the statue’s hands and feet were amputated. 

Last year, too, some people had attacked the statue and made away with one of the hands as well as the sword the hand was carrying.   

However, no case of the incident had been registered till the filing of this news.
