JUI announces observing Youm-e-Tufan-e-Aqsa to show solidarity with Palestinians

Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam chief Fazlur Rehman has announced observing the ‘Youm-e-Tufan-e-Aqsa’ on October 13 (tomorrow) to show solidarity with Palestinians.

He made the announcement of turning the Mufti Mehmood conference in Peshawar into a big demonstration in favour of the Palestinians He urged people to participate in the conference so that a strong and powerful message could reach the world.

Palestinian children, women and innocent people are being bombarded, he said, adding that Israel bombarding homes, water reservoirs and even hospitals in Palestine.

Every Muslim should stand up for the Palestinians and the Muslim rulers should also do their due part for the cause, the JUI chief said stressing that Israel is playing the role of the barbarian and the beast while the US and Europe are supporting it

Demonstrations should be held at the district headquarters after Friday prayers tomorrow and the nation should take to the streets to back Palestinians
