Ayeza Khan motivates fans to stay fit in quarantine

Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, the government has imposed a shutdown of schools, colleges, gyms and workplaces. The shooting of movies has been put on hold, photoshoots are stalled and movie releases have been postponed.

Celebrities however are surely making the most of their time home by spending it with their near and dear ones, giving time to a hobby or spreading awareness through their social media platforms.

Leading Pakistani TV actress Ayeza Khan is seen religiously following her fitness routine and is clearly asking her fans to do so during the lockdown of the gyms across the country too.

In her latest Instagram post, she is telling everyone about her diet and how one can stay fit by doing some exercises at home.

Taking to Instagram, the actress wrote: “Just got my customised diet plan from get fit athletic to help me stay in shape during quarantine. If you’re looking to reach your fitness goals whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain or even maintain in a healthy way, they are your people.
