On the directives of Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, National Police Foundation has launched housing scheme for police, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Friday inaugurated NPFD One Capital Park City Project in Islamabad. During the ceremony, Interior Minister handed over allotment letters to the police personnel and families of martyrs from different provinces. 

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi congratulated the police employees and the families of the martyrs for the allotment letters. Naqvi said under the National Police Foundation, more measures are being taken for the welfare of the police. Mohsin Naqvi said National Police Foundation has been quite active for the past few months with the arrival of Managing Director Sabir Ahmed. 

He said it would be commendable to spend on the welfare of the police after making profit from such projects. 

Naqvi said every martyr family should have sufficient budget. He said look after of every injured policeman is the responsibility of the National Police Foundation. Interior Minister said soon the National Police Foundation and CDA will bring joint venture. Naqvi said the government wanted that martyrs and the disabled policemen get due share in the housing scheme. 

On the occasion, Managing Director Housing National Police Foundation gave detailed briefing regarding the project. IG Punjab Police, IG Islamabad Police and Chief Commissioner Islamabad and top officials attended the event.
