Sarmad Sultan’s “Kamli” to make an Intl debut

The ongoing year 2022 proved to be very lucky for the Pakistani film industry as all the movies cast giants and were created and directed by giants weaving their magic on big and small screens all around the world.
The Legend of Maula Jatt became the first-ever film that broke records. Second to that came Humayun Saeed with his iconic role in the Netflix blockbuster series The Crown about the British Queen.
The very skilful Saba Qamar ranks third with her out-of-the-box film Kamli to continuing the legacy of attaining international accolades, recognition and appreciation.
Sarmad Khoosat's directorial, a cinematic masterpiece “Kamli” will be soon premiering at the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) 2023 in Europe.
As the film makes an international debut, Saba's career will be getting a huge head start and definitely witness new heights.
Taking to Instagram, Khoosat Films announced, “We are so excited to announce that ‘Kamli’ will finally be premiering in Europe at the esteemed International Film Festival Rotterdam ‘23 @iffr, where it has been selected for the Limelight Programme."

Kamli is directed by the Super-talented Pakistani director Sarmad Sultan Khoosat. The film stars Saba Qamar Zaman, Sania Saeed, Nimra Bucha, Omair Rana and Hamza Khawaja in pivotal roles. Khoosat’s directorial was released on June 3, 2022.
