Hearing, speech-impaired young boy reunited with family after a year

A hearing and speech-impaired young boy, who lost contact with his family almost a year ago and landed in Harnoli town in Mianwali District of Punjab, was reunited with his family in Swat on Saturday.
Initially someone shared a post on Facebook with the message that a young boy, who is hearing and speech impaired, has arrived in Harnoli from an unidentified place and is living with a bicycle mechanic for the last one year. This information was shared with Deputy PRO Irfan and he called a man who could communicate with hearing and speech-impaired people. The boy was shown pictures of different areas of Pakistan so that he could identify his area.
With the help of some people, the boy’s family was traced in the Swat area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. And finally, he was reunited with his parents in Swat on Saturday.
