A looter guised as a crippled beggar Tuesday came in on crutches and went away riding a motorcycle he stole, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Looters in Toba Tek Singh started looting disguised as beggars. In the Islampura area of Toba Tek Singh, a beggar came in seemingly crippled and stole a bike parked outside a house. He put the crutches on the seat of the bike and rode it off.

The police has seemingly given the perpetrators a free hand and they are let loose.
