China-Pakistan AI medical diagnosis lab starts functioning

A China-Pakistan joint artificial intelligence medical diagnosis laboratory has been started, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
The laboratory has been established in Akbar Niazi Teaching Hospital, Islamabad, and it will help diagnose cervical or endometrial cancer in women.
The Chinese embassy in Pakistan also issued a statement in this regard.
It stated that in the first phase of its operation, as many as 10,000 Pakistani women would undergo free cancer screening.
