Police in Ghotki on Monday registered an FIR against two stepsons of a woman who was allegedly burnt alive for property, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Eight others, including Ghulam Ali, Zahoor Ali, Gohar Rafiq and Ghulam Hussain, were also nominated in the FIR registered on the complaint of the woman’s son Jam Munir Chachar at A-section police station of the city.

A few days ago, Razia Chachar had been burnt alive when the car she was traveling in caught fire on Qadirpur Road.

Razia’s stepsons Akram Chachar, Akhtar Chachar and others first kidnapped her and then asked her to sit in the car before setting the vehicle on fire.

Police, on the other hand, said they were conducting raids for the arrest of the suspects.
