Aseefa Bhutto Zardari to take oath in today’s NA session

President Asif Ali Zardari’s youngest daughter Aseefa Bhutto Zardari will take oath as a member of the National Assembly as the lower house of the Parliament meets Monday (today) evening, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The session of the National Assembly will be held at Parliament House in Islamabad at 5:00 pm today. Special security arrangements have been made for the session.

Journalists covering the parliament in the press gallery will be allowed on the cards issued for the opening session of the National Assembly.

The NA session’s agenda has been released which including Holy Quran recitation, Naat, national anthem, call attention notice, ordinance and point of objection.

Aseefa Bhutto had been elected unopposed from NA-207, Larkana, the seat which her father vacated after becoming president of Pakistan.

On April 2 last, the Election Commission of Pakistan had published the name of Aseefa Bhutto Zardari of Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarian as returned unopposed to the National Assembly of Pakistan as a result of by-election from the National Assembly constituency NA-207, Shaheed Benazirabad-I.

Aseefa Bhutto was declared winner unopposed as no candidate filed nomination against her.
