Change of Guards ceremonies take place at Quaid’s Tomb, Allama Iqbal’s shrine

On the eve of the 76th Independence Day, a solemn ceremony of the change of guards was held at Allama Iqbal’s tomb.
The army took charge of the honorary duties of the mausoleum guards from the Rangers.
Major General Qaiser Suleman, Garrison Commander Lahore laid a wreath on Allama Iqbal’s tomb and recited Fateha.
On the occasion of Independence Day, the change of the guards’ ceremony was held at the Tomb of Quaid-e-Azam in Karachi.
The cadets of the Pakistan Naval Academy took over the duties of honorary guards at Mazar-e-Quaid.
They placed flowers on the mausoleum of Quaid and recited Fateha.
President Arif Alvi lifted the flag in the ceremony held at the Convention Center Islamabad. National songs and regional dances were performed by students in the ceremony.
